- Select Register to sign up for an account
- Once you have completed the registration process, one of our team will approve your account
- Once approved, you will receive an email notification
- You can now begin shopping for your pet’s diets, treats and even toys
How to Order Flea & Tick Prevention
Please follow the below to order flea & tick prevention:
- The majority of flea & tick prevention is a prescription medication and must be added to your account by one of our staff, upon approval from your Veterinarian
- If you wish to have your pet’s Veterinarian-Approved product(s) added please contact us via phone or email
- Send the request for the product you require and your pet’s current weight
- Once our team reviews the request, any approved prescription products will now appear in the “For My Pet” location, including any refills
- Please allow 1-2 business days for approval
What You Need To Know
All prescription medications, including flea and tick prevention, must be approved by a Veterinarian.
Flea and tick prevention is not eligible for home delivery and must be picked up at our clinic.
Please allow 3- 5 business days for all orders to be ready for collection.
