Do I need an appointment?

Yes, patients are seen by appointment. We can usually get you in the same day or the next, depending on our schedule.

What is your prescription refill policy?

We require 24 hour notice on all prescription refills. You can place your prescription refill order online here. Please note that your refill order is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us.

What is your special order food policy?

We can special order a specific food for your pet. If you call before 1:00pm we can usually have it in the clinic the next day for pickup. If you call after 1:00pm it will arrive in 2 business days. We appreciate you prepaying for your specially ordered pet food. If you are unable to prepay for your order, we will hold it for 2 business days after which it will be put on the shelf and made available to the public.

Why should I have my pet on pet insurance?

Whether your dog has several minor incidents or develops a serious medical condition, pet insurance shields your budget from unexpected veterinary costs. Knowing that your dog’s healthcare is covered allows you to determine the course of treatment based on what is most effective for the health and happiness of your dog, not on what you are able to afford. With pet insurance, you can rest assured your furry friend will be taken care of.

Do you do payment plans?

No. Payment is required at the time of service. However, we do accept “Pet Card” a company that allows you to do financing on your vet bills. Learn more here.
