We provide veterinary care for your pets in the Greater Victoria area. The Royal Oak Pet Clinic has been in operation since 1992 and at our current location in the Royal Oak Shopping Center since 1998.
In 2002, Dr. Angie Chambers purchased the Royal Oak Pet Clinic and has since been the primary veterinarian on staff. In 2012, Dr. Carol Harasym joined the practice on a part time basis. You can be assured of consistent care at our clinic as Drs. Chambers and Harasym work together as a team.
Our veterinarians provide knowledgeable care with a comprehensive approach to veterinary medicine. They are experienced in the preventative health care, medicine and surgery for dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, and pocket pets: chinchillas, degus, guinea pigs, hamsters, hedgehogs, mice and rats.
“We are committed to providing veterinary care to preserve and restore
the health of your pet through our knowledge and skills.”
Our veterinarians and staff see themselves as educators, and they enjoy sharing their knowledge with owners like you.
Dr. Chambers views animal care as a partnership with owners, her staff, specialists and Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital. She strives to be up to date on the latest treatments and care options through continuing education conferences she attends each year. She always presents all options of care to owners and then allows them to make their choices based on their beliefs and financial situation. Each member of the team works together to help make you and your pets’ lives as healthy as possible.
The clinic works closely with CVVH, which provides the laboratory, radiology, surgical and hospitalization facilities that Dr. Chambers uses. She generally starts her day at CVVH and visits frequently if any of her patients are hospitalized.
Dr. Chambers, Dr. Harasym and staff look forward to meeting you and your pet and serving your veterinary health care needs.
