CBC Interviews Royal Oak Pet Clinic
Royal Oak Pet Clinic, north of Victoria, is alleged to be one of the targets of the company, Express Transaction Services Inc. (ETS).
The clinic was called three years ago by someone asking for their address, and a week later, started receiving unwanted office supplies and an invoice from ETS for more than $300.
When clinic office manager Teka Cook refused to pay, the harassing phone calls began — as many as six a day.
“It was bullying and it was harassment, because it was non-stop,” Cook told CBC News.

“I took one look and knew I had to help them.”
